4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and content necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from service fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Digital Alina remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

7. Account Access & Ownership

Advertising accounts, websites, and tools created for the client remain accessible to the client. Digital Alina may retain access for management and optimization purposes unless access is revoked by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Alina shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Digital Alina is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy updates made by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or hosting providers.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms, misuses our services, or engages in unlawful or unethical activities.

11. Changes to Terms

Digital Alina reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
