2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Before work has started – cancellation may be considered
• After work has started – cancellation may not be applicable
• Once ads or campaigns are live – cancellation is not allowed

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval. Please note:

• No refunds once services have been initiated
• No refund for ad spend paid to third-party platforms
• Design, setup, and consultation fees are non-refundable

4. Advertising Spend

Any amount paid towards Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms is strictly non-refundable. These payments are controlled by third-party platforms and are beyond our control.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where Digital Alina is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide accurate information and timely approvals. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
